Well, after a lengthy delay and endless waiting, my hat arrived today and is fantastic! I've already taken off my pants in the office and put my hat on. I have a strict rule on how many things I can wear at a time and I was at my limit. For the hat to go on something else had to go off.

@Brimy he said they usually carry a flex fit and he showed me on that had a size like M and then a range it fits with a stretchy center on the back. But they order these from Richardson or Outdoor Cap so if you see any styles you want they can probably get them. Or if you have a hat you like and can get a manufacturer and stock # they can check.
They can embroider this on shirts, jackets, whatever. But they are old school unorganized when it comes to a website. It's sportslocker.biz if you want to look but I don't know if it will help.
