That is very good news. The other way was very troubling to me as it set a dangerous precedent for other states with similar exceptions to follow and find them unconstitutional, too. That pool hall owner who incited the whole thing ought now to mind his beeswax. Let's hope.
As an aside, I was waiting in the car line at a Burger King this evening and wondering, as per the new NOLA laws, where exactly 25 ft. from the carry-out window stood, should I have a lit cigar I'd need to extinguish, or else receive a fine.
Can you now get points on your license for smoking while parked in the "wrong" place? Maybe I'll reserve that for the "Questions You Thought Were Too Stupid To Ask" thread. lol.
