Had a bandelero Firecracker as the show started.

I saw a kid wearing a similar shirt to this the morning of the 4th and for the rest of the day, we'd just randomly say Fuck Kilometers.

    Big Sky Bitteroot

Memorial Day weekend kick-off smoke sponsored by Santa @dinoa2 , one from the "veteran-owned/related" request of my list. This cigar supports a great program for veterans and their families.

Hope you like it. Think I got that at Toro cigar company but their website hasn't responded for a while. They had a bunch of veteran related smokes. Enjoy

Memorial Day sponsored by Santa Jerry. Burgers about to go on. Ribs going in the pressure cooker. Slaw and BBQ beans.

I don't have emotions, and sometimes that makes me very sad.

    AMERICA, FUCK YEAH 250

We did an overnight in DC. Wife had to attend a class, so I had the kids. Got in late Monday, got back around 0200 Wednesday.

Tuesday, we started off by heading to Observatory Circle to see the Naval Observatory. Could barely see it from a walking trail that bordered the fence line.

Afterwards, we did the Great American State Fair. We really enjoyed it and I thought it was a great time. Definitely recommend going if you can make it.

There was also a lot being set up in preparation for the 4th/250. With that, lots of stuff was secured, and the Mall had specific entry/exit points. Kinda made everything a PITA and a bit of a bummer. We took a bus to Lafayette Square, got off, and the entirety plus the areas surrounding the WH was secured. The Secret Service, Police, NG troops were very helpful providing info and navigation. When we wer heading home, took damn near an hour to try to find a way out. BUT, the GASF was worth it. Nothing to bitch about, just a heads up if you guys go.

It’s a shame a handful of lunatics ruin it for everyone. Glad they are taking precautions though

Got my Liberty 250s from rare cigars. Think I will let them rest a bit. @chain_gang did get yours?
