All the rules are at the beginning of each. I believe you're supposed to do the Newbie Sampler Trade first before doing other trades, to establish some cred, but I guess it's up to whoever is running the pass. In any case, the newbie trade is definitely the way to go for a first trade anyway! But here are all 3:
