    Its a popup after checkout on CI site. I have saw it a few times and just ignored it but figured maybe one of you fine bums may have actually checked it out. Maybe it only pops up if you buy certain cigars like Gurkha's. They want to make sure your a serious Cigar Aficionado, they don't want the Riff Raff in their club.
