Might be good. I would think you would want a rather full cigar to stand up to it though. I always have it after I've finished smoking.

I've had a few bouts of nausea over the years. Almost always when I've smoked on an empty stomach. Ginger ale is my go to in that situation. I have been known to suck on a teaspoon of sugar if it was more severe and that helped pretty quickly.
Ginger ale helps with nausea.
Anything with sugar helps really. A bit too much vitamin N can cause a spike and then drop in blood sugar. Smoking can also dehydrate you a bit, which makes things worse.
I usually have some form of chocolate on hand because I'm a fat kid that loves candy. I also tend to keep some Gatorde on hand as well as it kinda deals with both drops in sugar and dehydration.
For me if I come down with a case of Vitamin N then a chocolate or a piece of chocolate bar remedies the situation almost immediately.
Oh yeah, haven't had the nausea issue since stupidly inhaling as a kid, after stealing one from my Dad.
I got nic sick once when I first started smoking cigars. I barely made it to lay down and then just laid there eventually spun my way out of it. Felt like a death spiral for a while. I now only smoke after a meal while drinking something sweetened. From what I have read the quickest way to shut it down is to let some sugar desolve under your tongue.
I have a container of sugar cubes, but I haven't needed them in awhile.
I can kind of sense the oncoming Vitamin N overdose, so I just stop smoking.
I used to make it a goal to try to nub everything, but now if I'm not enjoying the cigar for whatever reason (nausea, my weak ass palate getting overloaded, bored with the cigar, tired of keeping a troublesome cigar lit, etc) I just stop.
I guess it's kind of "wasting" X inches of cigar, but IMO it should be for enjoyment first.
