Had a Gurkha Empire Series II last night. Freaking fantastic. Seriously. Four years old. I have a lot of 3-5 year old Gurkhas I've been smoking lately. Mostly very impressed with the aging process.
A very well aged Torano 50 years robusto from @Tobias Lutz . I haven't had one in nearly a year and a half and I forgot how good they were. With some iced hazelnut coffee it's a superb way to start a day. Thanks, Tobias!

Good day for 'courtesy of @Tobias Lutz ' cigars! This one was dated from '13, and I've had it for well over a year since Tobias sent it to me in a MAW. I decided to make it my final cigar to enjoy on my back patio before we move this Tuesday.
The Honey and Handgrenades didn't let me down. It was one of the most unique cigars I've smoked, starting with the presentation and then all through the smoke. The pipe smokers will know what I'm talking about when I say it distinctly reminded me of Dunhill Nightcap (or is it Early Morning?), with a singular mossy flavor that I (rightly or wrongly) associate with Latakia. I enjoyed it immensely, and it was a treat to smoke a very limited run cigar that's probably all but gone now since it was released back in 2012. Thanks Tobias!
