We had a hail storm today out of flipping nowhere!! I was driving and when I left work it was mildly cloudy and the sky in the distance looked like it might be raining. 5 minutes later the storm hit and it was like a wall of rain and hail. I have a cracked windshield but thankfully nothing else. My car is a hatchback with a sunroof… it is basically all glass! I pulled over under some trees with a few other drivers and waited it out.
Meanwhile my husband texts me from his office saying look how cool! It is hailing huge pieces!! Like yeah dude I am very aware of the giant ice balls of death falling around us
