While not a big Maduro fan do like this cigar, wish it were a 5x40 Corona. The 'Crowning' gem of these Don Pepin Garcia made smokes is the Magicos, or at least that's My pick.

CI JC Newman Factory Throwouts No.99 Churchill
A nice mild-medium. Smooth, mellow and flavorful.
Remainder the same all the way to the nub.
Draw and burn were perfect, construction wise, the wrapper peeled a little bit at the head after cutting, but no biggie. That's why I have cigar glue. Happens to the best of cigars on occasion.

Very tasty.
Very easy draw with lots of smoke volume
Construction wise, it was extremely soft the entire length
Burn was pretty badly uneven the whole time. Gave up trying to correct it.
Still, nothing really major that affected the enjoyment
Pretty good smoke for the price imho.

Thanks so much Ciro for this tour, great and very interesting pictures. Brought back memories of smoking the Cruesta Rey cigars as far back as 1950. My memory of them is that they were a wee bit better than the Berings of the day. Also, had the most attractive and classist cigar bands of the fifties and even into the sixties.
