Have a new job promoting beer and while at a Spec’s liquor store grand opening I overheard a fellow with their cigar booth saying they had a 2 for $5 deal. So after I was finished I stopped by and asked. As it turned out the offer was for two old fashioned glasses with cubes, a mini Bic in each glass, along with 2 two packs of cigars for $5. What?!?! Seriously?!?! Where do I pay?
Granted the smokes aren’t something spectacular I did get a Flor de Oliva Maduro Corona, 2 J.C. Newman #49 Coronas, and a J.C. Newman #99 Churchill.
Curious if someone can tell me a little about the JC’s as I didn’t find much info on them.

I got the second throw outs with both as well, which is fine as they both claimed it was as due to leaf discoloration. I’m not so aesthetically pleasing myself and could be called fourth throw out I suppose, even more so if I make face. I was more curious about strength as I don’t care for needing an abrupt nap or some such, but also what others may have thought who’ve tried them. No real info seems to come up from my searches, which often feel much more like the old Bing commercials where you get everything but what you’re looking for.

I usually stop at local dealers and grab a few sticks, I did go on the Devils Site Monday though and nabbed some Oliva Melanio's and Man O' War Puro Authentico's.
I panicked when I grabbed for a Puro Authentico the other day and realized it was my last one!
I like to keep those handy.
My Father is enjoying sticks with me now, so I think I'm going to have to start upping my stick count in storage...
