Some University Flake this evening. One more bowl and this one is gone. Next is Royal Yacht.
Now smoking Tilbury in a 2002 medium bend smooth straight grain Karl Erik freehand. Haven't smoked this pipe in at least a year. Still looks fairly new, too. Vin Scully's about to announce the Dodgers-Padres game. What more could you want?
Now smoking Louisiana Red in a 2002 smooth Rinaldo Silver Line 3 EGER 05 paneled horn. Love this blend! Must be the 4th bowl of a perique blend I've had today, but the craving has continued on.
I am starting out this evening with a bowl of P.S. Luxury Navy Flake in my Savinelli 606 EX.:pipe: This is another blend that I have not smoked in some time and it is delicious this evening.:o I am topping off this smoke with a small glass of brandy and who knows; I may have another glass.:fly:
Just finished smoking MacBaren HH Bold Kentucky in a small 1982 three quarter bend meer with a smiling turbaned Turk's head. Next is VIP Match in a 1979 medium bend etch relief meerschaum lined TinderBox Arabesque.
Now smoking Model Match in the first pipe Trever Talbot made when he went to France many years ago. It's a smooth straight Algerian briar Billiard bowl with a long Canadian stem, unbranded.
Just heard the great Stan Freberg passed away today. RIP to a great man and comedian.
Now smoking 20 year old Three Star Blue in a 2002 IMP smooth full bend egg shaped meer. This stuff is strong!
Tilbury in a 2003 black grain etched Karl Erik Ekstravagant horn with a smooth top.
Mornin', Moe! Gotta go for some free LTF! http://www.cigarbum.com/forum/showth...ll=1#post39342
Just RY this morning. I'm too lazy to bust up a flake, I guess. Gonna rain for a few days, which is great! Wash away the rest of this stinking white crap! Almost certainly will be on the tee Sunday!! :chicken:
Just finished a bowl of Royal Yacht to start the morning. I will fertilise the rose bushes next, then smoke a bowl of Edgeworth Ready Rubbed Match.
Voodoo Queen in a cob. Smelled and tasted kinda like BBQ sauce.
Made Kaiden (my granddaughter) breakfast of waffles and banana but she was adamant about having some coffee so I put a touch of vanilla extract and a dash of food coloring into a small cup of milk and told her that this was children's coffee and that she needed to wait until she was older to drink adult coffee. I don't know if she liked it but her doll did.
Then we colored Easter Eggs, again. Too late you say? There is no time limit on coloring Easter Eggs for kids! It's for next year anyways.
Second bowl of J.F. Germain Royal Jersey each in two Barling's Make pipes, one from the 1930s and this from 1961.
Bit like a weak cup of coffee this Royal Jersey (ask Kaiden) that needs a soft pack. Pleasant but lacking.
Been out running a couple of errands. Just finished smoking Angler's Dream in a 1978 smooth pointy bottom three quarter bend Sir Brent, shaped like a check mark. Time for another smoke and time to feed the kittens.

H&H Classic Burley Kake in a MM cob.
Chillin' (and I do mean chillin' - temp back down in the 40s but I'm too lazy to drag the heater back into the smoking tent) with some homemade flake in a Dr. G Omega. This flake is a real tobacco salad - started out with Prince Albert, added some VA, burley, latakia, perique, a few other things, topped with DW and rum. Not too bad, but too many competing flavors. Nice hit of vitamin N though!
Half way through this bowl of 2007 MacBaren HH Matured Virginia in a 2002 smooth natural straight silver banded Ardor Venere Extra Fatta A Mano Maigret billiard, signed by Dorelio Rovera. Have enough for one more bowl.
Pine Grove in a Savinelli 920 ks. This stuff came pretty dry, I'll have to smoke this ounce before it gets crispy...and I'll have no problem doing it. It's good stuff!
Love the story Pete!
How true. With kids, there is no wrong time to do much of anything, especially dying Easter Eggs [emoji6]
Just got off work. Gonna skip dinner and go straight to the Wild Turkey and Red Rap in a 1930s Custom-Bilt.
Yeah. It has been that kind of a day...
Two more bowls of Flensburger Fjord, this time in my Stanwell silver band.
I declare this blend a win. Def be ordering more.
'09 Escudo in my SMS meer. Goes wonderfully with good single malt.
