Intro / Pre-Smoke Judgement:

Wanted another tossable stick. Was gonna make it a special smoke njght in honor of Uncle Joey Diaz. But...life happens. The Classic was $1, and has been sitting for almost a year, and since I had the Black yesterday, I figured it was time. She was in rough condition (pics), but will be decently enjoyable - not as much as the Black.

Quick N Dirty:

Solid mild plus

Smooth, no harshness

Little bit of pepper on the retrohale

Nice tobacco taste

Kinda basic, but good quality

Would like to drink a semi-sweet latte with the Classic

Solid burn ring

Clean residual with a nice tobacco flavor lingering

Purist-esque (no flavors really discernable beside tobacco)

Nutty and milky around the 3/3 (maybe the thought of having a latte is influencing)

Flame purging helped a lot near the end of the 2/3.

Trial By Smoke Judgement:

Another quality budget stick by La Perla Habana (LPH) I won't be back to it, but it was a good smoke. I'd rather have something a little more mediumish to full. I'm interested in checking out more by LPH in those ranges - maybe in my next Cigarbid run. I guess I'd throw a $1 max bid for one, if I'm in the mood. Recommended to the early morning smoking bums who wanna start with something a little more than a mild smoke. You may be able to snag for $1/each to try.
