Gurkha Royal Challenge Maduro (Toro)

Intro:

I'm clearing all the suspected garbage that I bought a while back due to my desire to explore and gain first-hand knowledge, mainly cheaper tobacco, and see how it fares with stuff I like and/or regularly smoke.

Pre-Smoke Judgement:

She looks nice...but I'm no fool when it comes to Gurkha's "marketing". I'm only learning the stigma behind the brand.

As your RRRROOOOYYYYALL HHHIIGGGNNEESS, and thine Lord...thou are my subjects and shall payeth absolutely no mind to hear-say, but shall only readth thine will on all matters Gurkha, and hence obtainth the proper and absolute education.

A little spice right away. Thinking this one my be OK. Retrohale has a spicy hint towards the end of each exhale. After a short while, the taste dilutes and becomes almost nonexistant. Further dilution, further tastlessness. The end of each retrohale is the ONLY thing remotely telling me this is a tobacco cigar, and not an air-filled balloon.

Smoked but only to make a hopefully interesting theme and second intoduction. Still garbage. Tossed 15-20 in.

Trial By Smoke Judgement:

$1 not well spent...on cigars. Not sure of marketing/lure behind the "Royal Challenge" model, because its neither anything I'd consider royal or challenging, or something even the lowliest would even care to challenge. Best park: Education for $1.
