Crowned Heads Buckeye Land

Thought of the La Coalicion quite a bit.

Thought about Drew Estate's collaboration with the La Coalicion.

Remembered reading about another CHxDE collab.

Thought about the La Coalicion a bit more.

Kinda cycled through these thoughts a bit more.

Then it dawned...was the Buckeye the other CHxDE collab? Would make a lot of sense.

Verified it was. Huh...interesting.

The Buckeye is kinda the inverse of the La Coalicion - meaning it is the La Coalicion, but has an opposite effect/taste - just heavier, meatier, darker; and even has the same kinda mouth burn and slight juiciness to it. I guess it's really the other way around, since the Buckeye was released first...but that's not the order I smoked em in - so no chicken before the egg bullshit.

Was also surprised to see the disconnect between this and the other state sticks. Didn't see that coming since the other two shared some similarities.

Judgement:

Great to outstanding smoke. With a lot of these CHs - I'm sold but think another or two is needed, because they're a bit different than what I'm used to and outside my wheelhouse. Picked up the pace in the 3/3, and got some interesting flavors without bad tarry effects - may try that with the La Coalicion and on my next Buckeye. Great value - about $8 paid, and would pay that again. Gotta get back to the La Coalicion - I kinda get it now, but still am skeptical, and thank the Buckeye for telling me to give it another shot much sooner than I had in mind. Recommended.
