2005 Don Lino Africa Punda Milia
A 6.5x44 lonsdale. Wrapper a was dark brown, maduro with a toothy texture, smooth cap and head, and hard bunch.
Had an even burn, short, conical coal, light grey, typical structure ash and a tight draw, yet ample smoke volume, faint, fragrant aroma and very minor peeling near the foot at the halfway point.
Flavor was of medium richness with a perfect balance of distinct aged and woody taste.
No sweetness, bitterness, or saltiness , and a light burn on the tongue and light sharpness.
Of agreeable character and was an overall good cigar with a final score of 80 out of 100.
I honestly feel it was closer to 90 really, but with the form i fill out while i smoke, sometimes the score ends up lower than I feel it should be, by the way the form is set up, even though I have already heavily modified it, so i just made some more modifications to the form to help correct this, as its happened a few times before too. Adjusted how heavily weighted some sections are to hopefully give a more consistently, accurate score.
