Review: Brickhouse 4 Finger Ceramic Ashtray
After visiting some accounts in Albany today I stopped by Ed Leez Cigars to take a cigar lunch break.
Walking in I see this sharp looking ashtray sitting on the counter. Paper sign on it says "$15.00 with purchase of any cigar"
Pfft. No brainer. Im here to buy a couple sticks and relax. For the additional dollars I'll take one.
Approximate size: 10 1/8 x 7 1/4 x 2 1/2
(small side note- Since I dont know what they should sell for here is what I found with google: Amazon is selling these for $24.95,Slippery Rock cigars has them for $45.00, while CI has them for $39.99..so I think 15 bucks is pretty good.)

What it lacks in material thickness it makes for in form and function. Not saying it is thin, just not the thickest Ive seen. Overall it does have a nice hefty feel to it due to its size.
With a nice looking design. Good sized cigar rests, that help prevent your stick from sliding into the ashtray. And a sharp gold trim wrapped around edge.

This is a sharp looking ashtray, even though I dont smoke Brickhouse cigars I do like the ashtray. With name printed on outsides it gives it a nice finished look.

So to wrap up this simplistic review. Good looks, can rest enough sticks for you and some chums, and not too bad a pricepoint. Im happy.
If your passing thru Albany in the next month, stop in and check it out. Big Mike said they got 40 something of them in, but I dont know how long they will last for an ashtray this size for less than 20 bucks.
