Prelight: The wrapper has a nice barnyard aroma to it, and is quite oily looking. There are some decent sized veins, though. The foot smells woody and chocolaty, but is feint. I v-cut and the draw is a bit tight, but might loosen up, and the flavor is sweet; it reminds me of watermelon, with some hardwood.

1/3: The first third begins as pepper and cream, but the pepper fades away fairly quickly leaving just sweet cream in its wake. Towards the transition, and oakiness appears.

2/3: The draw has gotten better and the flavor is still yummy cream and oak. The ash is looking pretty good as well; nice and tight and hangs tough. The burn is pretty much perfect.

3/3: No flavor changes at all since the first third addition of oak. The burn is still good and I enjoy this cigar to the nub.

Overall: Definitely not a complex cigar. The MSRP is a bit high in my opinion, but I did enjoy the cigar for what it is, which is a simple, tasty, well-made cigar. If I found this cigar in the $2-$3 range, I’d definitely smoke it again without hesitation.
