My daughter turns 1 in April and I would like to have a celebratory cigar for her birthday. I am a fan of Padron maduro, AF Anejo, Hemingway, 858, Room 101 The Big Payback, Oliva MB III, Auroura 1495, etc.

I'd go with the ANEJO or maybe a between the lines. Both excellent smokes.
I think 1 is a little young to start smoking cigars ;)
In all seriousness, smoke your favorite "Treat yo self" cigar. For some it will be an Opus, others Padron 1964, for me probably Partagas 898. I personally like the ideal of a Habano because you can find a date code of a box that was done the month of her birthday, then you can have one each year until the box is done.
I'd agree with this. If your looking for a single for say the night before she's born then grab something high end you normally wouldn't. Maybe the new Padron 50th? Otherwise grab a box of CCs with a box code that matches her birthday.Quote:

I second the AF Between the Lines. They taste so good but hard to justify the cost per size...unless celebrating.
