There's no real "best" site, but some of my favorites include Small Batch Cigar, Famous Smoke, and Tampa Sweethearts (which is in Miami FL and associated with Arturo Fuente, fast shipping to Florida, I bet haha).
There are a number of great retailers out there, but I'd recommend Smallbatchcigar.com.
Lightning shipping, great pricing, discount codes, and FREE shipping on all orders. Done.
Search where your headed there's bound to be numerous B&M's in Miami. Get the app from cigar aficionado (Where to Smoke) for your phone.

BTW, a great spot to smoke in Miami at night is Cigar Cellar on Sunset.. Pretty sure they'll have Aging Room in stock too.
I've had such good luck with http://www.hilandscigars.com/ that I rarely shop around. I pretty much only buy AFs and Padrons and they usually have good inventory and prices.
