What do y'all do with them after taking them off of the cigar to smoke it? Do they slide right off without damaging the wrapper?

They should slide off easily. I think they're thin for a spill, but put a flame to one and see how it burns.
Yes, and yes. That's what I use 'em for. I also re-use them on budget cigars for long-term aging, in hopes it'll help them improve over time.
I usually just chuck them. Just FYI, I always take the cedar sleeves off as soon as I get them. Leaving them on is just adding to the risk of mold.
