Where To Smoke App

Didn't look beyond the first page and figured I'd put out the app I found out about with Cigar Aficionado's letter asking me to sign up for further issues.

I downloaded it tonight but haven't checked it out yet. Seems a cool thing though, and being a free app why not? And who wouldn't like to be directed to a smoke friendly environment, especially while out of town or some such?

I've used it a few times traveling. It's pretty good with finding B&Ms but not always super up to date from my experience and not necessarily all inclusive. Especially for free, it's good.

The thing I wish we had a app for was finding bars that are OK to smoke in. With seemily every city/state having different rules it can be a PITA and hugely disappointing when you've got cigars with you, you want to go for a couple good drinks and enjoy the cigars and you can't find a bar that allows smoking. Or worse yet, you got to a bar that allows smoking, you like your cigar and they ask you to put it out because what they really mean (and didn't tell you up front) is cigarettes are ok, but not cigars. I'll stop ranting now.:angryfire:

Yeah, we have one here in Rochester. They sell cigars, but flat out tell you to bring your own and just buy drinks. Love that place in the winter. Stop by if you ever head up this way.

I also use the Where to Smoke App. Found a shop 5 minutes from work I would not have seen otherwise.

Havana Moes on East Avenue. Its located downtown, so parking sucks and it only has space for 30 or so people. There is a parking garage a block or so away though.

Ok scotch selection, and really only has domestic beer with pricing thats about average for any other bar in that area.

Thank you sir. I don't get up that way as much as I used to, but will have to keep that in mind. I thought that was all but outlaw'd in this great state of ours
