That's awesome news! Someone has to stand up against this bs...

I suspect something will be forthcoming as well from the vape industry sooner or later. Not that I partake, but everyone involved in the new regulations should be fighting this at every level possible.

i believe several large vape companies had legal actions filled just days after the fdas release of all of this. the august date is quickly approaching now
