Algerian briar pipe nomenclature

I know it's a long shot, but can anyone identify this pipe? It has this Arabic name stamped on it and on the other side it says "Made in Algeria"

You'd never guess that it's a Wally Frank pipe. I guess it was made for marketing in another country.

I was hoping nobody would ask that question... I happened to look on the opposite side of the shank and there it was in fine stamping. :partygrin:
