Great customer service from Pipesandcigars.com

The customer service lady at P&C remembered that I would be out of town this week and held a shipment for me! I don't even remember telling her that I was going on vacation. That is great customer service!

We do have to ship the replacement pipes to your address that is on file with your monthly order.
