I heard Florida lost 90% of the orange crop, I'm curious as to the loss of tobacco, as I haven't heard any news on that. I'm sure it's devastating in areas. Thoughts/news?

I read somewhere that there really isn't much if any tobacco in the fields this time of year.
IIRC, at least in Cuba, planting season is early October and harvest is 2-2.5 months later. I guess the concern would be for what has already been harvested and is curing as well as infrastructure damage. Hopefully, all is well.Quote:
