Pipes and Cigars customer service

I recently took advantage of the limited gift promotion at pipes and cigars. They had Stanwell pipes for $19.95 apiece. I bought a bent bulldog and a free hand pipe, but when I received them today I found that I received a free hand pipe and a straight billiard which was beautiful but not what I ordered. I called pipes and cigars and spoke to a fella named Sal. he was more than helpful and assured me that the correct bent bulldog will be shipped that day along with a return shipping label for the mistaken pipe. He then said I could opt to take the pipe that was shipped in error at a discount for nine dollars. I accepted and thanked him for the great service. Very good experience with Pipes and Cigars.

I like getting Sal on the phone when I have a problem with an order. He is friendly and professional and always offers a solution.

I got Katie by email the other day when they sent me a can ov Velvet by mistake on my order. Ended up shipping it back as I don't care for it at all and the correct order is on it's way already.

Really can't complain. They seem to have gotten things worked out since the fiasco earlier this year.
