Again thank you all for your opinions and insight. i love the undercrown line and the MUWAT and the Kentucky Fired Cure so I know there are DE sticks I enjoy.

Seems like fresh is the way to go and if the weather holds maybe I will smoke the Rat I have..

Actually I have grown very fond of the KFC's. I thought I would hate them since I have not liked any of the other fire cured I tried. And I would definitely light up that Rat sooner than later
