    Just be aware that New Orleans has a public smoking ban. Yeah, IPCPR in a city with a smoking ban. Any wonder the next three are going to be in Las Vegas?

    Cigar shops/lounges aren't affected by this ban which has been nice. Besides that I rarely have trouble finding places with patios to smoke outside. I can only think of one bar I frequented to smoke cigars where I now can't as they don't have a patio, but New Orleans Cigar Factor is a block away so I could always go there if I was craving one.

    We are exempt at the Convention Center, certain hotels, restaurants, French Quarter and Cigar Lounges.

    Yup, and private sponsored events are also exempt, I believe.
