New cabinet humidor...finally

Forrest, how do you season a humidor with that much cubic volume? Where do you place the Heartfelt beads and in what kind of container? Do you include an instruction manual on how to properly season the cabinet? How do you charge two pounds of Heartfelt beads? How long will it take to ship?

I like the sponges with distilled water on plates method to season pretty much any humidor. Some use bowls of water too.
For the beads I put them in a shallow cigar box in the bottom of the humidor. They make little tubes too if you wanted to add them to drawers if needed.
I hadn't thought of doing a manual, but I suppose it wouldn't take much to print up a sheet to go with them.

I think we've got it worked out with helpers to turn these out in 3 weeks. We'll have a better grip on that as things progress with these.
