I hve used one of the larger square bodied toothpicks to punch scores of cigars - 2 or 3 stabs per stogie. Always a fine smoke and never a heartbreaker when the toothpicks vanishes. There are usually more in the car. New ones in the glove compartment and, probably, not-so-new somewhere on the floor. Hey - any port in a storm.
