Hey just wondering how much are your expenses? I think I might get something done but only if its in budget. Also did contractors go overboard, like hidden prices?

Wow, to be honest I lost count...lol. Only because this is 2 years in the making. If I were to guess, I'd say so far (not being done) I'm in the $10 grand range give or take a little. Good thing is, to complete the room, just basics, no electronics, no bar, entertainment center, REAL humidor, or wine rack, I practically bought everything, so there's just a few more hundred to spend on the wood floors, paint and molding. To be honest, I can easily see another 6-10 grand going into the room for total completion (including furniture). We are going to build my bar ourselves, and also the entertainment center which will hold the smaller TV, liquor, and small things like a coffee machine. For the most part, I'm just concerned with getting the MAIN stuff done, which is the exhaust and electrical...so I can smoke my first stick in here, and go "Aaaahhhhh". Everything else will be done in phases. After the basics are done, we will immediately start on the bar, and entertainment center. Other things will be purchased over time. Anyway, I've said A LOT more than what wass asked lol. Be well!
