I frequently hear that it is too hot out to smoke a cigar when relegated to the outdoors in summer. I generally like the heat, but today was uncomfortable with temps just under 100 and 70-80% humidity.

My solution, the red neck Deck A/C.
Dropped the temp by 10-15 degrees!
Dog and kid approved.

Great Idea.
I did something similar about 4 years ago with one of those cheap misting systems you attach to a roof line and attached it to the front of a box fan. Worked awesome.
