Not a purchase, but a very generous gift by way of @droy1958
A really nice humidor, the exact size I was looking to purchase in the next couple months. I have been using a tupperdor for my cigars so far with great results, but they are not pretty to look at. So now I have this nice piece to hold the sticks I am currently smoking and can put it on the end table in the living room.

Thank you again so much David!

Nice humidor! What's the v-notch in the inside of the lid for? a cigar cutter?

    Hm, good question...
I will have to ask David about that.

@droy very nice of you sir!

It looks like a Xikar Xi cutter would fit in that slot.

Speaking of which I need to get a new cutter, the plastic guillotine one I have is already dull. I made a bullet punch out of an old Winchester 270 casing which works great with most cigars, it is not suited for smaller gauge sticks though. Now to decide on a better quality guillotine, or maybe a v-cutter, or both...

Here's a new product that has both in one unit. You can always get good deals on Xikar Cutters on CBID as well.

Very nice. Nothing beats the look of a good wooden humidor. You can't beat a tupperdore for functionality, they just don't look so great.

I was wondering when I'd get to use @droy1958 and class act in the same sentence ! Well done David - excellently generous
