If I'm able I'd drive down Friday and leave Sunday. 4.5 hour drive so I would probably get there sometime Friday afternoon depending on work and getting out of town.

Jesse I might take you up on that offer. Not sure now if I am coming for a long weekend or a full blown 10 day visit. I may just fly in for the weekend and then drive back later for the visit with the family.

Tony I can't believe that there isn't some made up government holiday that Friday thus your office is closed. Tell your boss it's National Orgy Day. They'll shut it down and you can come Thursday evening!

Not sure if I'm going back and forth, or crashing somewhere nearby or what - but anyone who needs an option can tag along with whatever I end upd oing

As for the Airport in Allentown (You mean Lehigh Valley?), it's small and really easy to navigate. It's also closer to Hamburg. Definitely an idea to consider - particularly when thinking about traffic and the time you're arriving/traveling away from that airport. You gotta take 76 and that's the FIRST thing to jam up each and every day - all day.

If you are renting a car follow the signs out of the Airport for Rt 22 west. Rt 22 becomes I-78 about 5 mile west of the airport. Take exit 29B. you will see Cabella's. CI is right next t door.

I did mention to my boss today that I wanted to take off early that Friday and I didn't get a no so it's looking better.
Mentioned it to the wife and she did not say no so that's as good as a yes in my book ! Actually I threw @Nature under the bus and mentioned how he couldn't go because of the great achievement of his daughter. She got so caught up in calling him a good dad that she forgot the part where I said I was planning on going lol. Thanks for taking one for the team Mark - you awesome dad
Just gotta check the master grandkid schedule for anything that Mark would go to and hopefully there's nothing out there
