Does anyone know the rules for flying with a cutter in a carry on bag? I wasn't going to bring any cigars or lighters as CI has plenty of cigars and matches but I hate using the "shop" cutter.

Cutters are ok to take on a plane (lighters are not). But you know there will be plenty of cutters by the bums in attendance as well. I don't think you need to worry if you don't end up bringing one.

I have not had a problem taking a cutter or lighter on my carry on.
