Bob, sounds like you got them dried out just fine. If they are holding aT around the 70% mark, you are good to go!
Ihave a Plastic container I toss all my Boveda packs into not being used or dried out and dribble a little water in. Those get overcharged for me too, if I don’t pay attention.

I would go ahead and use them.
