Fuente must own the name/logo because they've released them before, so I'd say it's likely.

If they truly divorce themselves from that store/ownership group, I wonder if we'll see a Casa Fuente shop(s) pop up elsewhere.

It was a blog report following attendance at this year's TPE in Vegas. TPE Total Product Expo
