Thanks for the clarification and I'll start things off with a personal favorite.
Pueblo Dominicano (Toro if size is required but the Torpedo and Rothschild are just as good).
Blender = A.J. Fernandez
Country = Nicaragua
When bought = 2012 & 2013
Average price paid = $2.00
Last known availability = April, 2015
Strength = medium-full
Why I nominated this cigar:
Stupid band. cBid was selling some at least into April of 2015. They need 6+ months age at ~62 to 66-rh. Never had a construction or burn issue and always excellent to superior smoking experience. Wrapper's as strong as it looks (coarse but clean), dropped some without damage.
Solid construction. Aged leather base with some cedar, roasted nuts, coffee and a bit of spice. Plenty of smoke and very consistent to the nub. Superb retrohale (snork) is full bodied with milky sweet toffee and spice (cayenne). I've compared them to pre-embargo Hoyo de Monterreys I smoked long ago. Thanks to Bryan (@BryGuySC) for increasing my inventory but I wish I had more. Age them, go slow, snork often and smoke with an open mind. If Don Pepin Garcia made then with a sticker of $8 they'd have been a hit because they compete with or surpass much pricier sticks.
I took so long to post that you guys were able to make lists.
