I would hardly say that they "stole your money." Delayed your shipment? Yes. Perhaps an item is out of stock? Or they pre-sold incoming inventory. Frustrating? Of course. I wouldn't be so quick to start the chargeback process though. Give them a chance.
If you go around bad-mouthing them on their own forum and then they lock your account, who can blame them?

If for some reason they are not able to fulfill your order, I would highly doubt they wouldn't refund your money. Was your card even charged yet? Patience will be your friend here. I would hate to risk having your account indefinitely suspended when something could be worked out. With getting deals like 45 items for $115, you potentially have a lot more to lose in the future than this delayed order. Give it some time my friend.
