    Not true, the collectability of the cigar packaging or any item for that matter is greatly impacted of everything is not intact/sealed. If you buy something that is sold as intact/sealed and it is not ebay will refund it.

    You can buy a sealer for 30 bucks. You will not be able to dispute missing cigars, you bought the PACKAGING and they will shut down your pay pal for using it to pay for tobacco products. You want to buy them fine, not going to happen for this guy.
