Dark wrapper=strong?

Tried smoking an obsidian tonight. Only got through an inch before getting rid of it. Just didn't Like it. So are the dark wrappers stronger? Kinda thinking of staying away from them. I like less nicotine in my smoke. Being newer to this just figured I'd ask.

If you have more of those Obsidian's, let them sit for at least a year and then revisit them!

Tru Dat! And draw slow. The black banded Obsidian (only one I've tried - the white banded one looks too much like a tampon/applicator to me) seems to overheat and taste resinous if you draw hard. However, with a nice slow draw it reminds me of smoking Bob's Chocolate Flake (minus the Lakeland soap)

Yep, I like the Obsidian and IMO they're a steal for the price. I don't know what they're like fresh since I don't smoke very often so most of my stash has been sitting around for quite a while before I get to it.
