Sorry to resurrect an oldie, but didn’t see a point in starting a new one…

Well this obviously didn’t happen the way I wanted it too. I did cut down a good bit though.

I am ready though, especially now after everything that happened 3 weeks ago. Now it’s getting slightly cooler out, my plan is to use some of the above suggestions, as well as bring back into my daily rotation a small pipe or two, to curb any cravings. Obviously my afternoon cigar will also play a very key role.

I’m planning to stop cold turkey, no tapering off cigarettes. All that will do is delay success.

Probably start sometime at the end of next week once I get some smaller sticks for in between, I am going to do this too, I’ve put it off far too long.
