Follow up.

Got a second shipment after I sent them an email seeing what was going on. We got one update since the start of the year. Same idea as the first. Random unmarked cigars. A few rubber bracelets and an Espinosa 'Rona mask. The private forum offered through the program is dead. The special access to purchase Espinosa swag and limited cigars has not been offered. Still listed as coming soon. There is supposed to be one more shipment this year. Keep in mind that Espinosa/La Zona is my second most smoked manufacturer and I really enjoy their work. This Espinosa Elite has been pure disappointment even with the low expectations from 2020. If Saints and Sinners is the summer block buster movie, Espinosa Elite is the middle school kids home made movie. Unless they really step it up I will not be posting the last shipment of the year because I would not waste my money on this again. Cigars taste great and smoked well just everything else they hyped up never materialized, there is no interaction, and no info unless you contact customer service.

No idea. I do feel I will get my money worth in cigars, but they over promised and under delivered on everything else. I would totally buy swag and addons they talked about offering. I know its been a tough year for businesses but if you can't at least keep your subscribers informed at least more than once in a year for a paid service then it seems like a cash grab. I can spend the money paid on this year and buy their cigars I want and be just as happy. Its the lack of added value.
