I hope the tobacco lobbyist have bought off enough of those crooked bastards to get the ruling changed. But I have little faith they can do anything. Pitiful bunch of smoke blowers.

Unfortunately i think the tobacco lobbyists are more geared towards cigarettes than they are to cigars. As Jesse said, if you know the process of making cigars vs that of cigarettes, it's night and day!
