It's been 30 plus years since I've been in DC, but it seems to me that everybody honked their horns all the time. If I remember correctly, the streets were like wagon wheels that spread out from a center circle. I think it took me three days to get the hell out of there with people honking all the time. It was a culture shock to me being from TNo wonder shit doesn't get done there as everybody is driving in circles.....
