Well if it were me, I'd just cut the caps with a razor blade for now and chalk it up to a poorly rolled batch. If they taste good the way they are all is well IMO. Maybe your cutter is just not as sharp as it once was.

No, a razor blade - like a single edged blade that you use for scraping windows etc. An exacto blade works too, or even a Stanley knife blade as long as it's new or still very sharp Originally Posted by rodwha
