Gotta be where the term= close but no cigar came from. I could be wrong. If they send me a package and I get that from the PO I'll write a check for it then cancel it when I get home and send the bill to General Cigar. Who would send out a package and then not pay the appropriate shipping?

Yeah, I plan on sending them an email to discuss it once I have the package in hand. I rescheduled delivery for today and my wife will be home to pay for it.

In my best Gomer Pyle impersonation---Surprise Surprise! Got my prize in the mail today and no postage due! The cutter looks like it can cut a RG up to 70 and I got a members card with it. I wonder if that will let me into some exotic cigar club somewhere?

Got my card and cutter too...the seegar musta fell outta the package cuz I couldn't find it anywhere. Glad to have the free stuff though. Didn't have a large rg cutter, so this might come in handy some day. Postage was paid on mine...that's odd that some people had postage due.
