Does anyone use it to split less expensive boxes? Say a person wanted to buy a box of something that they were able to grab for a price point around $4/ stick but doesn't want to spend the $100 for a box of 25. Does anyone ever do splits on those types of boxes or do most people consider that a waste of time at that price point?

The reason I am asking is that there are often good deals to be had on auction sites if you are willing to spend $80-$120 on boxes of 20/25. But I don't need 25 of any one cigar at that price point and its tough to get the same level of deal for 5 packs or singles of the same sticks. I'd rather spread my limited cigar budget around on a variety of sticks but would like to take advantage of those price points. Just curious.

    Thanks much.
There are also some online retailer that offer a discount with a code to use. Also some retailers offer free shipping which is nice. smallbatchcigar also has Scotty's Corner where they reduce prices on certain cigars.

@Nature or anyone else, does CigarBum still have any discounts from any of the retailers?

I agree with Josh, when you do a box split of 5'ers, shipping cigars to 3 pther people will cost $25 and jacks up the bargain.

Before you buy a box for a split, I suggest judging interest for that cigar before pulling the trigger.

I dont know of any active cigarbum codes. I tend to google redit codes but a lot of them have expired over the last year.

Doesn't the small batch 10% code still work? Think I used it a while ago
