    5 Vegas A series isn't a bad maduro stick for around that price. They're decent ROTT but are really pretty good sticks after 3-4 months rest.

    Pinar Del Rio Oscuro and Pinar Del Rio Habano Sungrown are very good as well. In fact the Oscuro is one of my favorites period, not just for a budget stick.

    Bahia Gold White Label is a good budget stick that @Horseshoe turned me on to. You can pick them up for around the $10/5er mark pretty regularly on the Devil Site and they are excellent.

    There are some very decent options in that range. Don't let anyone tell you there isn't.
