If it’s truly sealed airtight than yes the Rh can and will settle at the bottom! My Wineador does the exact same thing. If ya want to raise the rh on top I’d suggest adding more media or splitting your beads 1/2 top 1/2 bottom! Hopefully that will even things out a bit
